Management approach

We are committed to source safe and sustainable potatoes. We do this by providing guidance to our farmers and by working with food safety schemes that are third-party verified.

Goals & Targets (KPIs)

iconen goals and targets 6.2(1)

100% of the potatoes fully traceable and with a certified food safety scheme

2025

iconen goals and targets 6.2(2)

25% on FSA gold level by 2020.
50% of the potato supply on FSA gold level and the rest on bronze or silver.

Our goal is to have 100% of the potatoes fully traceable and with a certified food safety scheme. Furthermore, we aim to have all the potatoes assessed on a minimum bronze level according to the Farm Sustainability Assessment (FSA), and 25% on FSA gold level by 2020. By 2025, we want to have at least 50% of the potato supply on FSA gold level and the rest on bronze or silver.
