In order to create an overview of the expectations of stakeholders, and to remain informed about all current and relevant developments, Farm Frites structurally maintains contacts with major stakeholders.

The most important stakeholders have been identified during the materiality analysis. These are, for example: the potato growers, employees, governments, financiers, several NGOs, and society in general. By engaging in dialogue with stakeholders, Farm Frites gathers the subjects to which they attach great importance and considers these when the relevant topics need to be prioritised and when company policies need to be changed or updated. The management of the various business entities are ultimately responsible for maintaining contacts with the stakeholders of Farm Frites. Our approach to stakeholder engagement includes:

  • Establishing of processes for meaningful and effective engagement
  • Identification of issues that are most important to our stakeholders
  • Benchmarking our performance within and outside our industry
